By the way how long does a yellow card stick for ?

omg!!! come on no coach can tell you what to do with your social life. VS needs to really lighten up!!! where is your fun side! a yellow card does not stick after three you may get a game suspension but thats when cgsl catches it!!!

on a different subject matter, going through the U16 terra rankings i was aghast to see 1 of the top 10 teams falsify a tournament finish, i guess to get a better rating. my what some coaches will do to up their rating. the benefit of the internet is you can go to tournament sites and verify......tsk tsk tsk you know who you are and you should be ashamed

For those of you who decide to post rude and negative comments on here about VS it just goes to show how iggnorant and jealous you truly are. VS coaches a team of winners, which has been proven. He is an outstanding coach and an all around fantastic person. If that statement wasnt true his team would be unhappy therefore would not play well, which is clearly not the case. Parents and players from Vaughan Azzurri dont regularly check this website like some of you because it is a waste of time. We have better things to do like practice and keep getting better, instead of sitting at home and talking about whos good and whos not and what coaches "control their players and parents lives". If you do not know someone, do not judge them. Clearly none of you know VS so keep your mouth shut about your oppion of him and grow up.

Pontapes, could have been an typo, no?
It would NOT be in the team or coach's best interest to falsify results. :(
Especially when it could be, and it was, exposed by a supersleuth such as yourself.

oofa go to terra power rankings, then go to tournament central, to submit results for US tournaments ,there are 5 things need to be inputted before being submitted. Typo is not a possibility.

Before you get your knickers in a knot, go to the fine print where it says "Results listed in Red have not been verified or processed, and so are NOT included in the rankings."

This tells me that the current rankings were not affected, and that any information entered WILL be verified, so don't worry, if the information is incorrect, it will not be included.

Case closed. :D

If you are a young lady , nowhere in the resent post does V S get put down or bashed about his coaching methods . Your post is a angry post , maybe a parent trying to camouflage behind a Child or maybe your part of the group he has had under his thumb for so many years , either way your post made many laugh  as there probably isn't a person involved at this age group who doesn't really know V S true colours . He has probably coached 2/3 of the girls he faces on the pitch . Many know the grip he has on his girls and your post shows it .

Always Sweet, I cringed when I read your post....you don't know for sure that this is not one of the kids...so how could you respond in this manner? You should have let it go, on the premis that it maybe one of our children. This response is as bad as a parent yelling at an opposing player on the field.

Who is really the child here?

Webmaster, are you reading this?? Enough warnings already...pull out the red!

TBS red card for what? I find Soccer4ever's more out of line than always sweet's, if a person joins offthepitch and posts a comment, they better be prepared for the counter posts.

Pontepas, while TBS is correct to point out your error or your overlooking the fine print, the fact remains that someone knowingly entered improper results which questions the integrity of that person. Hands off to the people who run offthepitch and the Terra Power rankings, but it's too bad someone claims something they have no claim too and makes their job harder :colors:

If the parents and players of your team consider OTP a "waste of time" then why does a certain poster post ONLY the winning scores for your team i.e. no mention of the team's ties? There's no shame in tieing or even losing a game. That's life.
By the way, OTP does offer many other topics that are well worth looking into. Some of these threads are very interesting, funny and informative.

P.S. I am not expecting an answer because we forumites have been told this is a "waste of time".

Well as a player that once played for VS i can say that even though i left him i dont have any hard feelings. He is a good coach, i left simply because i wasnt starting lineup, and rightfully so. Anyone with grudges against VS is obviously bitter and really needs to let it go. He is a beloved coach and i still support him.
